Beef:
bistek tagalog - beef steak with onions
callos - beef tripe stew
kaldereta - beef stew in tomato sauce
kare-kare - oxtail and tripe in peanut sauce
morcon - stuffed beef roll
nilaga - boiled beef stew
pochero - stewed beef with tomato sauce and vegetables
tapa - beef jerky

Chicken:
guinataan - chicken in coconut milk
inasal - chicken barbecue
lechon manok - roast chicken
pastel - chicken pot pie
pinatisan - chicken stewed in fish sauce
pininyahan - pineapple chicken
relleno - stuffed chicken
tinola - chicken in ginger broth

Pork:
adobong baboy at manok - braised pork and chicken with annatto and vinegar
afritada - pork stew with tomato sauce
asado - braised sweet pork, chinese style
binagoongan - pork in shrimp paste
crispy pata - crispy pig's trotter
embutido - ground pork roll
estofado - braised pork in caramel-soy sauce
hamon - glazed bone-in ham with stewed pineapple sauce
hamonado - glazed pork
inihaw - grilled marinated pork
lechon kawali - crispy pork belly
menudo - pork and liver stew
paksiw na lechon - leftover roast pork in lechon sauce
paksiw na pata sa suka - pig's trotter in vinegar
paksiw na pata sa toyo - pig's trotter in soy sauce
tortang giniling - ground pork omelet

Seafood:
adobong pusit - squid adobo
daing na isda - vinegar-marinated fish
escabeche - crispy fish in tomato and bell pepper sauce
